Ready to make an intro?
Guidelines:
- Referrals must include an active introduction, such as a forwarded email, LinkedIn introduction, or three-way call. Contact information alone does not qualify.
- Referred contacts must not already be in Talent Wave’s network or active business pipeline.
- Participants must be actively engaged on a Talent Wave assignment at the time the referral is submitted.
- Rewards are issued as virtual gift cards and/or payroll bonuses when qualifying milestones are achieved.
- Payroll bonuses and gift card rewards may be considered taxable income and may be reported as required by law.
