Ashley brings more than 10 years of experience in recruiting, operations, and management, helping hire everyone from temporary staff and skilled trades professionals to AI/ML engineers at some of the world’s largest technology companies. Most recently, she spent 4½ years focused on technical recruiting, partnering with enterprise tech clients to build great teams. She loves playing career matchmaker—connecting great people with the right teams and building relationships along the way. Her favorite part? Getting to say, “You got the job!” and cheering people on as they start their next chapter. A born-and-raised West Virginia girl, Ashley is a proud WVU alumna and a die-hard Mountaineers fan—Let’s Go Mountaineers! Outside of work, she enjoys baking and cooking, riding side-by-sides with her husband, and taking weekend trips with her daughter.
