Throughout his recruiting career, Brock has developed experience supporting searches across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on manufacturing, engineering, operations, safety, finance, and leadership positions. He takes pride in being persistent, approachable, and willing to dig deeper when a search requires finding the right person rather than simply filling a position. Outside of work, Brock enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and following sports. He also appreciates a good conversation, a little friendly competition, and finding reasons to laugh whenever possible. Something people may not know about Brock is that he genuinely enjoys the challenge of recruiting.
