Kristy is an accounting professional at Talent Wave Associates, where she brings a strong background in full-cycle accounting and a natural love of working with numbers. She enjoys digging into financial details, solving problems, and finding solutions when issues arise. Finding a workplace where she could feel like part of a team and enjoy the people she works with was an important part of what brought her to Talent Wave. Kristy graduated from Siena Heights University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Throughout her career, she has worked in full-cycle accounting roles and also gained experience preparing taxes and performing audits. Her attention to detail and problem-solving mindset help her approach challenges thoughtfully and keep things running smoothly. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their two dogs. They enjoy concerts, sporting events, relaxing at home, and planning a family trip each year. Kristy is also an avid reader and a longtime Harry Potter fan. A trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios is still on her bucket list.
