Michelle Smith brings nearly 25 years of experience in human resources and more than 20 years of leadership experience to her role as Director of Finance and Accounting at Talent Wave Associates. She oversees the company’s financial operations and all aspects of HR, taking a hands-on approach to both while building teams and strengthening the systems that support the organization. Michelle brings a wealth of experience, a practical mindset, and a steady presence to her work, along with a genuine commitment to the people behind the business. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys camping, antique shopping with her husband, and taking long walks with her best buddy, Duke. She’s happiest when she’s discovering a great antique, spending time outdoors, or simply enjoying a little time away from the everyday.
