Mikaela Rios has been in the staffing and recruiting industry since 2017, bringing a relationship-driven and client-first approach to everything she does. A graduate of East Carolina University (Go Pirates!), Mikaela’s background in hospitality helped shape her passion for creating meaningful connections and delivering a high level of service to her clients and candidates. She believes strong relationships are at the heart of successful partnerships and takes the time to truly understand the people and businesses she works with. Whether she’s helping a client find the right talent or building long-term partnerships, Mikaela is focused on being a trusted resource and making the process as seamless as possible. Outside of work, Mikaela is a proud mom of two and a supportive fire wife. When she’s not helping her clients, you’ll find her working out, being a dance mom, or spending quality time with her family.
