Sidney Griffith is an HR Assistant at Talent Wave Associates, where she supports a variety of Human Resource functions, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations and compliance. She enjoys being someone employees can turn to for help and takes pride in creating a positive and supportive workplace experience. A recent grad from the University of Toledo, Sidney earned her degree in May 2025 while also competing as a Division 1 softball student athlete. Her experience as a collegiate athlete taught her the value of teamwork, discipline, communication and balancing multiple priorities - skills she continues to bring into her professional life. Outside of work, Sidney enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and making the most of her time in Florida. She also loves being a dog mom and spending time with her puppy, Rosie. Sidney is naturally organized, outgoing, and always looking for opportunities to learn something new. She is excited to continue to grow her career in HR while building meaningful relationships and contributing to a workplace where people feel valued, supported and connected.
